The Barrel Project – (Sa.11-23; We-Fr.16-23) a London Beer Factory spin-off, the focus here is on, barrels, There are 200+ beers ageing in them, and 24 taps - 80 Druid St, SE1 2EZ

Hawkes Cider – (Sa.11-23; We-Fr.16-23) Brewdog’s cider outlet, Hawkes has some truly inventive & well-crafted apple ales.. 86-92 Druid St, SE1 2HQ

Hiver/All Good Beer – (Sa.10-18; Mo-Fr.9-17) Hiver make honey beer, Arch 56 Stanworth Street, SE1 3NY.

Anspach & Hobday – (Sa.10-22; Fr.17-22)  these craft brewers make some old school stuff (cream ale, porter, table beer, etc.) and very new school stuff (guava sour, West Coast DIPA, etc.). 118 Druid St, SE1 2HH

Moor Beer – (Sa.12-22; Th-Fr.15-22) barrel store make all natural, live yeast, vegan friendly beers. That live yeast makes it more like natural wine, and very interesting. 71 Enid St, SE16 3RA

London Calling Sweden / LCS– this place is a bottle shop that specialises in Swedish craft beers, particularly Poppels. 72 Enid St, SE16 3RA

Cloudwater – (Sa.10-22; We-Fr.15-22) Manchester-based brewers make some intriguing beers wrapped in psychedelic cans. Expect 10% ABV triple IPAs and double dry hopped pale ales. 73 Enid Street, SE16 3RA

Brew By Numbers – (Sa.11-20;Fr.17-22) each beer made here has two numbers; first the style (porter for instance is style No.3) then the variety. Thus, their 03/08 is the 8th version of a porter. 79 Enid Street, SE16 3RA

Spartan – (Sa.12-19) true to their name, Spartan are a no-frills enterprise. But that means you can get a pint straight from the tank if you ask nicely. 8 Almond Rd, SE16 3LR

Partizan – (Sa.11-20; Fr 17-23) one of the older and wiser breweries on the mile, Partizan have a  reputation for innovation. 34 Raymouth Rd, SE16 2DB

Fourpure – (Sa.11-20; Tu-Fr.12-20) near screwfix. taproom here is really impressive, and has 43 draughts at any one time. 22 Bermondsey Trading Estate, Rotherhithe New Road, SE16 3LL
